Summary: Baptist Health South Florida has improved its turnover through a new program for resident training that emphasizes mentoring and helping them with issues of working in a hospital environment.
Hoping for a centerpiece to go with my column on Christmas day. Column focuses on award-winning training programs like Baptist's that make a difference in retaining employees.
