At Benihana, the Doral, Florida-based restaurant chain whose theatrical, knife-wielding chefs mix food preparation and live performance, everything happens right at the table. So executives wanted to bring mobile ordering and mobile point-of-sale solutions to guests at their tables, too.

The problem? Lacking wireless infrastructure. As more enterprise hardware operates wirelessly, and as more consumers expect constant wireless access, businesses everywhere are scrambling to update their wireless networks. Here’s a look at five different solutions – for five different problems.
