Scientist Basil Singer prepares to demonstrates the power of the high pressure water gun as he uses it to cut a 2x4 in a dry at Tampa Bay Ship Building and Repair Company in the Port of Tampa in Tampa, Florida. Singer was preparing to measure the particle size of water droplets using two high pressure water guns to shoot two streams of water into each other to create a mist that contains droplets of 1 micron. It is believed that water droplets of this size could be used to help cool the earth.
