Hi Josh,

Finally, we lined up number 2.

For this second round of shots, we are now telling all photographers/law firms that we'd like them done before the end of July -- so again, in 3-4 weeks would be great.

He and his assistant are ready to be contacted by you, so any time early next week is fine to get the ball rolling. He said he was spending a lot of time in Wyoming this summer but that, if we have July to work with, he should be good.

I noticed after the fact that he is in Boca Raton -- is that still OK? I realize that could be like an hour travel or so? You can expense for that.

Also, this guy is pretty laid back -- you could propose shooting him elsewhere, like at his home, if that was convenient for both sides.
