Scientist Basil Singer, left, and Impossible Pictures assistant producer Nick Chapman shoot two high pressure water guns at each other as they test the size of water droplets created by shooting the guns at each other at Tampa Bay Ship Building and repair Company in the Port of Tampa in Tampa, Florida. They measure the particle size of water droplets using two high pressure water guns to shoot two streams of water into each other to create a mist that contains droplets of 1 micron. It is believed that water droplets of this size could be used to help cool the earth.
